Rewards Plus is for Australian automotive workshops and mechanics who purchase eligible Bendix and Trico products. Registration is free and takes a few minutes.
No passwords. Enter your registered mobile number and we'll text you a one-time code — or have it emailed instead. Your mobile number is your login, so if it changes, contact support to update it.
Submit a claim for every eligible Bendix or Trico purchase — points are credited when the claim is approved. You can also pick up bonus points through promotions, Spin to Win, and program bonuses like the sign-up and birthday bonus.
Log in, go to Make a claim, and upload a photo or PDF of your invoice. Claims are usually processed within two business days, and can include purchases made up to 7 days before you registered. Points may be adjusted after validation against the eligible product list.
Points expire 24 months after they're earned, on a per-entry basis. Your points history in the member portal shows what's due to expire so nothing lapses unnoticed.
Head to the rewards store in the member portal to spend points on eGift cards (delivered instantly by email) or Bendix merchandise (shipped to your workshop). A minimum balance of 1,000 points applies before your first redemption. Redemption sits with the workshop's principal account.
Every calendar month with an approved claim earns you a spin, and regular claimers can unlock bonus spins. Every prize is bonus points, credited straight to your balance. Full rules are in the Terms & Conditions.
Philips is no longer a participating brand. Rewards Plus points are earned on eligible Bendix and Trico purchases only. Points you earned on Philips products under the previous program carried over with your balance.
Your account, points balance and history have moved with us. Look out for your invitation email, confirm your details and accept the updated Terms & Conditions — then log in with your mobile number as usual.
